This is Summer dramatically posing because we felt overwhelmed when we first walked in.
Then we hit the jack pot! This is by far my new fabric store...Gaby you have to go with me some time. We all walked away with the perfect selection of fabric to aid in our projects.
This is the a picture of the fabric I choose for the baby's room...just wait and see...I will post pictures of the end result.
And here is a picture of fabric I purchased to add a little spice in my room. Who knew a fabric store could be so much fun. I was literally running around giddy with all of my choices. I have a feeling I might become a regular to this store. No more settling for what retail stores have to offer.

Which store did you guys go to? I've recently gotten in to quilting and went to JoAnn's and looked at their measly little selection. I'd love to actually get some cute fabric.
We went to Michael Lavene's off of Maple. Exit off 7th from the 5 and turn on Maple. It is a huge store and is actually on both sides of the street. Have fun!
I wish I knew how to sew! I have not been impressed with baby bedding and I can't believe how expensive some of it is! I would never spend those prices on OUR bed, let alone a baby's bed that he/she will be in for a year and a half. Good luck on yours and great choices!

A) I LOOOOOVE your choices! For both rooms! Very anthropology feeling.
B) Owls are my favorite so I am borderline obsessed with that fabric and told Randy I want a cute skirt made out of it.
C) I went fabric shopping in the fabric district for all my bridesmaids dresses. I would love to go with you sometime!
I LOVE all of your fabric! Joy and I are planning a day to go down so we can buy lots of it!!! I totally made part of Skylar's bedding cause I too didnt want to spend $500!
